I. Company & Credibility

Q.1 Are you a trading company or a direct owner?

We are a direct fleet operator. Shirun Heavy owns and operates all the machines we sell — we are not a broker, agent, or trading company. Every pump truck listed on our website comes from our own managed fleet in Zhengzhou, Henan, China.

This means you get source-direct pricing, verified machine history, and post-sale support from the people who actually ran the equipment.

Q.2 Why was your company established in 2021 if you have 12 years of experience?

Henan Shirun Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. was formally registered in 2021 as an export-focused entity. However, our founding team has been operating concrete pump trucks since 2013 — first as a domestic rental fleet, later expanding into international sales.

The 12+ years refers to our operational experience, not the registration date. We have the maintenance records, pump logs, and field experience to back it up.

Q.3 Can I visit your facility or inspect the machines remotely?

Yes to both. Our facility is in Zhengzhou, Henan, China. International buyers are welcome to visit in person — we can arrange accommodation and transportation support.

For remote inspection, we offer live video walkthroughs via WhatsApp or WeChat. Our engineers walk you through engine start-up, hydraulic system check, and boom operation in real time.

Q.4 What brands do you supply?

Our fleet primarily consists of SANY and Zoomlion concrete pump trucks — the two leading Chinese brands with the widest global parts availability and strongest resale value in emerging markets.

We occasionally carry other brands such as Putzmeister and XCMG depending on availability. All machines are sourced from our own operational fleet, not third-party dealers.

II. Machine Condition & Preparation

Q.1 How do I know the actual working hours haven't been tampered with?

All machines in our fleet have been under our direct management since purchase. We maintain complete operational logs including pump hours, maintenance records, and repair history — generated by our own team, not reconstructed after the fact.

We provide a full digital health report with every machine, and we take full responsibility for the accuracy of every data point.

Q.2 What does your pre-export preparation include? Do you just repaint them?

No. Our pre-export process is a full mechanical overhaul, not a cosmetic refresh. It includes:

  • Full engine inspection and servicing
  • Hydraulic system pressure testing and seal replacement
  • Boom structure inspection and crack detection
  • Replacement of all wear parts (pistons, spectacle plates, delivery pipes)
  • Electrical system and remote control verification
  • Test pumping under load before shipment

We repaint machines only after all mechanical work is complete and verified.

Q.3 Will the pump truck be ready to work immediately upon arrival?

Yes — that is our standard. Every machine we ship is prepared to be job-site ready upon arrival. Core systems (engine, hydraulic pump, boom) are guaranteed to function properly within the initial startup period.

We also provide our proprietary maintenance SOP and a pre-shipment video walkthrough so your operators know exactly what to expect.

Q.4 Do your exported pump trucks come with original remote controls?

Yes. All machines are shipped with their original HBC remote control systems, tested and verified before export. If the original remote is damaged or missing, we source a genuine replacement before shipment at no additional charge.

III. Pricing & Payment

Q.1 Why are your prices sometimes different from other online suppliers?

Because we are the source. We don't buy machines to resell — we sell from our own fleet. This eliminates the middleman margin that most trading companies add.

Our prices reflect the actual cost of the machine plus our preparation and export process. We don't inflate prices to create room for "discounts." What you see is what it costs.

Q.2 What are your accepted payment terms?

We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) as our standard payment method. Typical terms are:

  • 30% deposit upon order confirmation
  • 70% balance before shipment (after pre-shipment inspection)

For established buyers or repeat orders, we may offer flexible terms. Please discuss with our team directly.

Q.3 Are there any hidden fees in your quotations?

No. Our quotations are fully itemized and include the machine price, pre-export preparation cost, inland transport to port, and sea freight (if requested). We clearly separate FOB and CIF pricing so you know exactly what you're paying for.

Import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility — and we'll help you estimate these costs upfront.

Q.4 Can I negotiate the price?

Our prices are set based on the actual cost of the machine and preparation. We don't inflate margins to create negotiation room. However, for bulk orders (2+ machines) or established relationships, we can discuss volume pricing. Contact us directly to talk through your requirements.

IV. Shipping & Delivery

Q.1 How do you ship heavy machinery internationally?

Concrete pump trucks are typically shipped as RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off) cargo or in open-top containers, depending on machine dimensions and destination port facilities. We work with experienced heavy machinery freight forwarders who handle the entire export process.

We manage all export documentation: Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin.

Q.2 What is the estimated delivery time?

Typical timeline from order confirmation to destination port:

  • Pre-export preparation: 15–25 days
  • Sea freight to Southeast Asia: 7–14 days
  • Sea freight to Middle East / Africa: 20–35 days
  • Sea freight to South America: 30–45 days

Total lead time is typically 30–60 days depending on destination and vessel schedule.

Q.3 Do you handle customs clearance in my country?

We handle all export customs clearance from China. Import customs clearance in the destination country is the buyer's responsibility. However, we provide all necessary documentation and can connect you with local customs agents in major markets if needed.

Q.4 What documents do you provide for import registration?

We provide a complete export documentation package:

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading
  • Certificate of Origin
  • Machine inspection report
  • Pre-shipment photos and video

For specific country requirements (e.g., SONCAP, COC), please contact us in advance.

V. Support & After-Sales

Q.1 What is your warranty policy for used equipment?

We offer a practical startup guarantee: within 30 days of shipment, core systems (engine, main hydraulic pump, boom structure) are guaranteed to function properly. If a major failure occurs due to our preparation oversight, we provide free diagnostics and necessary core replacement parts.

We do not cover wear parts, consumables, or damage from improper operation.

Q.2 How can I get technical support if the machine breaks down on site?

Contact us via WhatsApp and we'll connect you directly with one of our hydraulic or electrical engineers — not a customer service agent. We respond within 2 hours on business days.

For complex issues, we arrange a live video diagnostic session where our engineer walks your operator through troubleshooting in real time.

Q.3 Do you supply wear parts and core components?

Yes. We maintain a comprehensive parts supply network for SANY and Zoomlion pump trucks. We supply both genuine OEM parts and high-quality aftermarket alternatives. Parts are shipped internationally via DHL/FedEx or sea freight depending on size and urgency.

Q.4 How fast can I get a quotation and receive spare parts?

Quote: within 24 hours of receiving your request (machine model, part name or photo).

Delivery: standard wear parts via express shipping arrive in 3–7 business days to most countries. Large assemblies may take 7–14 days depending on destination.

Q.5 Will you train our operators on how to maintain the truck?

Yes. Every machine comes with our proprietary maintenance SOP — a practical guide developed from 10+ million cubic meters of real pumping experience. We also offer remote training sessions via video call for your operators and maintenance team.
